•  Bev Christie has partnered with colleges and corporate University Relations recruiting teams to provide feedback and coaching on interviewing skills to college seniors and recruiters. She is the author of The Selection Interview in Industry, a chapter in a college textbook designed to help college students understand how the selection interview process works.
 
Bev has developed selection interviewing processes, selection criteria, and structured interviewing guides for Fortune 500 companies. She designed the Job Placement Assistance Program for a Fortune 100 company that relocated from New York to Connecticut.
 
Bev has an MBA from Pace University and a BA in English/Education from the University of New York at Albany. Before founding Training & Development Consultants, Inc. in 1985, she had 10 years of experience as a manager and consultant in Union Carbide's Corporate Management Development Department.
 
•  Bill Norton has more than 10 years of coaching and consulting experience following a successful management career with Union Carbide and Dow Chemical in operations, capital planning, finance, strategic planning, and business analysis.
 
He has extensive experience in developing targeted resumes and cover letters and in screening, interviewing, and hiring college graduates.

Bill taught project/economic analysis to senior engineers at Cornell University for 12 years as part of Union Carbide's University Relations program.
 
Bill has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and an MBA from Cornell University.
